ZZP Box is maintained as an independent project. The operator currently uses the site identity ZZP Box and the public contact address contact@zzpbox.com; no company, team size, credentials, or usage figures are claimed.

Current purpose and scope

The public site focuses on 30 English browser tools across everyday and business tasks, developer and data work, and SEO and web production. Historical tools and additional languages are excluded until they receive page-level review.

How tools are reviewed

• A real success case with an expected result
• Empty and invalid input states
• Documented formats and limits
• Mobile and keyboard-accessible operation
• Canonical, sitemap, structured-data, privacy, and broken-link checks

Admission criteria

• The claimed core function is complete and matches the page name
• Two reproducible success examples and one invalid or unsupported case are documented
• Algorithm, format, browser, and privacy assumptions are specific
• The page does not duplicate an existing workflow unnecessarily
• Desktop, mobile, keyboard, SEO, links, and failure states pass together

Removal and correction

A tool leaves the public catalog when its core function fails, a dependency cannot be maintained, its page lacks independent value, it is fully merged into another workflow, or a policy risk cannot be controlled. Reproducible reports are reviewed against the saved input, expected result, actual result, browser, and device before code and test evidence are updated.
