ZZP Box provides free online tools. This policy explains how tool inputs, technical information, cookies, future advertising services, and user choices are handled.

What ZZP Box is

ZZP Box is a free online toolbox for writing, developer data, SEO, date and time, calculator, design, utility, and everyday tasks.

Information processed when you use the site

Technical information that browsers and hosting providers normally process, such as IP address, User-Agent, requested page URL, referrer, access time, basic device information, security events, and logs needed to deliver and protect the site.
Tool input that you actively type or paste into a tool page.
Contact information that you choose to send by email.

Tool inputs

Many ZZP Box tools are designed to run in your browser, so common inputs such as text, JSON, dates, conversion values, and generated outputs can be processed locally by the page code.

Do not paste passwords, API keys, private documents, confidential business data, or sensitive personal information into a tool unless you have reviewed the tool behavior and are comfortable with the risk.

We do not make an absolute promise that every current or future feature will always process every input only in the browser. If a future feature requires server processing, this policy should be updated before that feature is enabled.

Cookies and local storage

ZZP Box may use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage for site functionality, language preferences, security, abuse prevention, analytics, performance measurement, consent management, and advertising measurement when those services are enabled.

Google Analytics 4 may be used for basic page-view, traffic source, UTM campaign, device, browser, and performance measurement.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some browser settings may affect site functionality.

Google advertising and third-party services

ZZP Box may use Google AdSense, Google advertising services, or other advertising and measurement providers. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to ZZP Box or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. Google and its partners may place or read cookies in your browser, use web beacons or similar technologies, and collect information such as IP address, browser or device information, page URL, visit time, approximate location, ad interactions, and other information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and personalization where allowed.

Advertising

ZZP Box may load Google AdSense advertising code to support free access to the tools. Ads may be based on page context, user visits, device information, approximate location, interests, or consent settings where applicable.

Personalized advertising may use information about activity or interests. Non-personalized advertising uses less personalization but may still use cookies or similar technology for delivery, frequency capping, reporting, security, and fraud prevention.

Choices and consent

A Privacy Choices / Manage Consent page is available for consent status and future controls. If ads or consent tools are enabled, users in applicable regions should be able to manage choices there or through the consent message.

Users may opt out of personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Some third-party advertising vendors may offer additional personalized advertising opt-outs through industry opt-out pages where available.

For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, advertising that requires consent should not be activated until a suitable Google-certified CMP or Google Privacy & messaging consent solution is configured. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies or similar technologies for delivery, frequency capping, reporting, security, and fraud prevention where legally allowed.

US state privacy choices

For users covered by applicable US state privacy laws, a Google AdSense US state regulations message or another suitable consent mechanism may provide a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link and communicate opt-out signals to Google where configured.

If that message is not published or not displayed for your region, this page should not be treated as a working opt-out control by itself. You can still use browser controls, Google privacy controls, and contact ZZP Box for privacy-choice questions.

Data retention

Technical data is retained only as needed for security, operation, analytics, performance, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. ZZP Box does not currently publish a precise log-retention period. The site owner should confirm any precise retention period before activating advertising or analytics at Production scale.
