Algorithm and assumptions
The range is inclusive, Saturday and Sunday are weekends, supplied holiday dates are de-duplicated, and no regional holiday feed is loaded.
Input and output
Inputs are a date range and optional ISO holiday dates. Output separates calendar, weekend, holiday, weekday, and business-day totals.
